What’s the role?
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a cross functional team focused on growth tools for sellers on Etsy!
As a Staff Product Manager supporting our sellers, you'll be charged with making Etsy the best place for our sellers to expand their business and connect with their customers. You'll do this by taking on new and innovative opportunities while working cross functionally with business teams and your own squad of engineering, design, research, marketing, and analytics to deliver important products, features and experiences.

This is a full-time position reporting to a Product Director in our Seller Success initiative and the base salary range will be 172,000 - 224,000 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States, who are either remote, flex, or office-based. Together with your engineering and design partners, you will be the product lead on new and exciting critical strategies for Etsy and seller long term growth. In the long term, the team will craft a compelling strategy and roadmap that is rooted in customer problems and creates sustained value.
