B2B Sales Representative

High-Ticket Outbound · Commission-Based · Remote (EST hours)

WHAT WE DO

Exit 3D Studio helps founder-led service businesses grow in a way that actually moves their valuation — not just their revenue. Our clients are owners of $500K–$10M+ service businesses: agencies, consulting firms, professional services, home services. Most of them are profitable, but they're sitting on a valuation discount they don't fully see yet.


We work across three dimensions that buyers, lenders, and PE firms evaluate:

  1. Revenue Quality — predictable, diversified, documented revenue that holds up in a quality-of-earnings review
  2. Structural Integrity — systems and sales processes that function without the founder in every deal
  3. Market Perception — digital presence and positioning that signals premium before diligence starts


Our programs run 12+ months and range from $35K to $325K depending on scope. We don't sell campaigns. We sell the kind of growth that moves a valuation from 2× to 6×.


THE ROLE

This is not a 'log into Salesforce and work a warm pipeline' role. The outbound infrastructure is being finalized — sequences, Apollo lists, Pipedrive stages, LinkedIn automation — but you're not inheriting deals. You're the one picking up the phone.


A good week looks like this: 50 cold and warm touchpoints per day, 10–15 strategy calls booked and run per week. The contacts are founder-led business owners. The conversations are about growth, valuation, and exit readiness. If you can't hold that conversation credibly and close from it, this isn't for you.

Full-Cycle Sales Rep

  1. Owns the full pipeline: outbound prospecting through closing
  2. 7% commission on cash collected
  3. $2K/month top-up for the first 3 months (offset against commission earned)


Closer Only

  1. Runs and closes strategy calls booked by the setter
  2. 5% commission on cash collected
  3. Commission only


Setter Only

  1. Owns outbound prospecting and call booking — target: 10 qualified strategy calls/week
  2. $1,000/month base when call target is met
  3. 1% commission on closed deals sourced


COMPENSATION

  1. Full-cycle: 7% on cash collected — OTE $75K–$250K+
  2. Closer: 5% on cash collected
  3. Setter: $1K base (if target hit) + 1% on closed deals
  4. Uncapped — deal size ranges from $35K to $325K
  5. Strong performers will be considered for a sales leadership role as the team grows


This is a performance-first structure. If commission feels risky to you, this role isn't the right fit.


THE SALES ENGINE

The infrastructure you'll work with — already being built:

  1. Pipedrive CRM with defined stages and automations
  2. Apollo for list building and sequencing
  3. LinkedIn Sales Navigator for warm outbound
  4. Email sequences with behavioral triggers (open, click, profile visit)


You'll know who to call and when. You bring the execution.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're the right fit if:

  1. You've sold high-ticket B2B services before — $30K+ deals, long decision cycles, founder or C-suite buyers
  2. Cold and warm calling is something you do, not something you tolerate
  3. You know Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator well enough to train someone else on them
  4. You can hold a conversation about EBITDA multiples, revenue quality, and what makes a business buyer-ready — without needing notes
  5. You've built or worked in an early-stage outbound motion without a safety net
  6. You close on the call. Not 'I'll send a follow-up.' On the call.
  7. You operate independently, report daily, and don't need to be managed
  8. Your home office looks like a professional's workspace on Zoom or Google Meet


This role is not for you if:

  1. You reschedule, go quiet, or need someone else to make decisions for you
  2. You prefer building strategy over picking up the phone
  3. You've never closed a deal above $10K
  4. Cold calling makes you uncomfortable
  5. You're new to any of the tools listed above
