WHAT WE DO
Exit 3D Studio helps founder-led service businesses grow in a way that actually moves their valuation — not just their revenue. Our clients are owners of $500K–$10M+ service businesses: agencies, consulting firms, professional services, home services. Most of them are profitable, but they're sitting on a valuation discount they don't fully see yet.
We work across three dimensions that buyers, lenders, and PE firms evaluate:
Our programs run 12+ months and range from $35K to $325K depending on scope. We don't sell campaigns. We sell the kind of growth that moves a valuation from 2× to 6×.
THE ROLE
This is not a 'log into Salesforce and work a warm pipeline' role. The outbound infrastructure is being finalized — sequences, Apollo lists, Pipedrive stages, LinkedIn automation — but you're not inheriting deals. You're the one picking up the phone.
A good week looks like this: 50 cold and warm touchpoints per day, 10–15 strategy calls booked and run per week. The contacts are founder-led business owners. The conversations are about growth, valuation, and exit readiness. If you can't hold that conversation credibly and close from it, this isn't for you.
