Job Description:

In this role, you’ll work alongside the Marketing team to coordinate tasks, prepare materials, and manage details that help campaigns come together on time. You’ll also support hands-on marketing execution by helping create and update content, marketing assets, and campaign materials across email, web, and digital channels.

You’ll handle administrative support such as scheduling, tracking deadlines, organizing files, and following up on approvals – making sure nothing gets missed and the team stays aligned.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and bringing structure to busy workflows, while also gaining experience with real marketing execution. Over time, there’s room to grow into more technical marketing operations work as systems, reporting, and automation become part of your skill set. The goal is to support strong execution today while building a foundation for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  1. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
  2. Assist with the creation of marketing content through light copywriting, editing, and formatting across email, web, and social channels
  3. Help build and update marketing assets and landing pages using existing templates and tools
  4. Keep marketing projects organized by tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables across campaigns
  5. Manage day-to-day administrative support for the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, file organization, and follow-ups
  6. Coordinate communication and handoffs across teams involved in marketing projects
  7. Compile and organize campaign data and assist with basic reporting and performance summaries
  8. Learn and support the systems and tools used to run marketing campaigns, with opportunities to grow into more advanced marketing operations responsibilities over time

Who This Role Is For

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of structure, hands-on marketing work, and problem-solving. You’re naturally organized, but you also like being involved in the execution side of campaigns – helping content, assets, and details come together. You’re comfortable working with systems and processes, keeping things organized, and learning new tools along the way. If you’re early in your marketing career or looking to build practical experience across multiple channels while gaining exposure to marketing operations, this role offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
  2. Education or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus (including coursework, internships, or hands-on experience)
  3. Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
  4. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working both independently and collaboratively
  5. Creative thinker with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  6. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email, content, and social media
  7. Familiarity with project management tools and email marketing platforms is helpful, but not required
  8. Comfortable using common Microsoft Office and marketing tools, or learning new systems quickly
