About the Role

As the Executive Creative Director, you’ll partner with the Chief Creative Officer and our agencies. You are a visionary creative leader who drives compelling visual storytelling and groundbreaking design for Come Near and He Gets Us. This role thrives on fast-paced innovation, big ideas, and leading teams to deliver work that stands out in a crowded marketplace.

What You'll Do

1. Owns the visual creative vision and direction, translating strategic briefs into bold, original concepts across advertising, digital, video, print, and experiential channels.

1. Leads the charge to keep all creative output fresh, relevant, and disruptive—whether it’s a campaign, brand identity, or one-off deliverable.

1. Mentors and empowers a talented design and art direction team, fostering a culture of collaboration, craft excellence, and fearless experimentation.

1. Manages multiple projects, partners, budgets, and timelines with precision, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional quality at every step.

1. Acts as the key creative partner to agencies and internal stakeholders, presenting ideas, navigating feedback, and building trust through transparent communication.

1. Keeps the agency ahead of visual trends and industry innovations, integrating new techniques and perspectives that elevate the brand’s impact.

1. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and partners to create seamless, multidimensional experiences that engage and inspire.

Experience

1. 10+ years of creative strategy and execution
2. Demonstrated fluency in all forms of creativity
3. Experience with communications and brief writing and editing
4. Comfort with budget management and tracking
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. This role is remote with 25% to 50% domestic travel
