Job Overview

We are looking for someone with social media strategy, concept planning, and captions experience, who loves chatting on social media and is chill, organized, and efficient. We’re looking for someone to work on about 6+ brands with 3 days in our studio space, remotely about 2 days a week, plus a few hours of weekend community management. Ideally you live in South Orange County!

Day to Day

Strategy & Concept Planning

1. Help evolve social media strategies to keep it fresh over time with changing trends and algorithm shifts
2. Develop on-brand shot lists each month for brands to align with deliverables based on trends, client calendars, industry best practices, and analytics
3. Organize our grids and posting calendars, creating graphics or edit client content as needed
4. Review monthly analytics and implement best practices/optimizations into future planning

Copywriting

1. Write captions for multiple brands, shifting between tone and personality as needed

Community Manager

1. Post approved content to brands’ social media channels
2. Review posts daily to ensure all is live and looking good
3. Chatting with and responding to our communities asap, shifting between tone and personality as needed to match clients’ tone guidelines
4. Become an advocate for our clients in social media spaces, engaging on both branded and non-branded, relevant content
5. Increase brand awareness, brand communication, and online reputation with consumer interactions for our clients
6. Contribute creative ideas based on trends and brand vision

Team Support

1. Support content creation by being a low-key model in content
2. Share ongoing education on trends, behaviors, and technologies with the team
3. Pitch in to help the team and keep the studio organized as time allows
