Your Purpose: Leverage social media platforms to enhance Gardyn's brand presence, foster community engagement, and drive growth through innovative storytelling and content creation. Serving as a digital storyteller, the role involves developing compelling content, actively engaging with the community, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns for key initiatives such as new product launches and photoshoots. Utilizing analytics tools, the aim is to continuously monitor performance, stay updated on trends, and optimize strategies to amplify Gardyn's presence in the digital landscape and cultivate a vibrant online community.

 

To nail your job you will:

 

Develop engaging content tailored for organic platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.

  • Implement a dynamic storyboarding process that encourages risk-taking and iterative refinement, with weekly reviews by the Creative Director.
  • Craft compelling copy that captures attention, communicates key messages effectively, and drives action, ultimately increasing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Regularly review and edit content on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with brand messaging and adherence to best practices in organic social media, fostering authentic engagement and audience connection.

 

Implement proactive community management strategies to foster genuine relationships and cultivate brand ambassadors.

  • Weekly check-ins with our 2x key FB groups: 1) Master Gardyners and 2) The Gardyners to provide insider tips and knowledge that incentivize engagement and foster a culture of connection that help build raving fans
  • Animate the community through engaging content, live events, special care packages, etc

 

Oversee and optimize agency partnerships, influencers and UGC creators responsible for producing content on organic platforms (including but not limited to: creative agencies + freelance creatives)

  • Create briefs and storyboards to pass to external creative partners for the development of branded
  • Provide edits and creative direction for external projects from concept development to final revisions.
  • Manage the budget for external creative partners and track expenditures monthly, sharing reports directly with the Creative Director.

  • You have prior knowledge of the organic social ecosystem.
  • You have at least 2 years of proven experience working with various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • You are great in creating content and managing various platforms
  • You have a strong ability to edit Video content (must have)
