We're building a next-generation social betting media network, and we're looking for a creative, fast-moving Social Media Creator to help us scale our presence across X (Twitter), Discord, and emerging platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands sports, betting culture, and social storytelling and is excited about building multiple high-performing personas that influence, entertain, and drive real business results.

What You'll Do

1. Build and grow multiple persona-driven social accounts on X and Discord across key sports and betting niches.
2. Create engaging daily content, from betting insights to viral commentary, tailored to each persona's unique voice.
3. Grow and manage the official com social channels, driving impressions, engagement, and traffic.
4. Work closely with internal teams to turn social engagement into measurable results, including affiliate conversions and site traffic.
5. Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and betting personalities to expand reach and drive partnership opportunities.
6. Experiment with content formats, tone, and posting strategies to find what resonates and scales.
7. Tap into trends, real-time moments, and betting storylines to fuel growth and engagement.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience growing social media accounts, preferably in sports, betting, fantasy, or a fast-moving creator space.
2. Strong understanding of X/Twitter culture, sports storytelling, and persona-based content
3. Ability to write sharp, compelling posts that blend entertainment with insight.
4. Experience managing or contributing to multiple accounts at once
5. Comfort in a test-and-iterate environment with rapid posting, experimentation, and data-driven adjustments.
6. Familiarity with Discord communities is a plus.
7. Experience working with influencers or affiliate-driven social content.
