Duties

- Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase visibility and conversions
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability
- Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while managing online reputation through public relations efforts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service for integrated campaigns
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools
- Familiarity with paid advertising on Facebook and other social platforms
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills for compelling content creation
- Experience in branding strategies, relationship management, and public relations within digital channels
