About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical SEO & Search Specialist to lead technical SEO strategy and optimization across an enterprise, multi-location brick-and-mortar environment. This role focuses on crawlability, indexation, site performance, and structured data, while partnering with content and brand teams to drive SEO-informed content strategies. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex SEO challenges, managing large websites, and translating technical insights into measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute technical SEO strategy across enterprise-scale, multi-domain, and multi-location websites
  2. Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page performance
  3. Resolve issues related to redirects, canonicals, pagination, JavaScript rendering, and duplicate content
  4. Collaborate with engineering, development, and UX teams to implement scalable SEO solutions
  5. Develop and maintain structured data strategies supporting local search, services, reviews, and rich results
  6. Support multi-location SEO including location page optimization, internal linking, Google Business Profile alignment, and listings consistency
  7. Perform keyword research and search intent analysis to inform service pages, location pages, blogs, and educational content
  8. Provide SEO guidance on page structure, metadata, internal linking, and optimization opportunities
  9. Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party SEO tools
  10. Track algorithm updates and recommend strategic adjustments
  11. Create performance reports and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical expertise
  2. Experience with large, complex, or multi-location websites
  3. Deep knowledge of site architecture, indexing, crawling, JavaScript SEO, and page performance
  4. Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
  5. Familiarity with CMS platforms and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  6. Strong analytical skills connecting technical performance to business outcomes
  7. Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or regulated industries preferred

Compensation:

Base salary range: $100,000–$110,000. Compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
