Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy AI Editor to join our SEO team. In this remote mid-level role, you’ll refine AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance, while collaborating with SEO Consultants to optimize performance and outputs.

Essential Functions

Proofread and fact-check AI-assisted content, verifying vehicle information, claims, and grammar

Follow established content guidelines across content types

Track and document AI hallucination rates and content volume

Revise content to improve readability, accuracy, and clarity

Collaborate with the SEO team to implement and test AI content models

Edit AI-generated content for accuracy, coherence, and relevance

Refine prompts with the AI team and content editors to improve output quality

Participate in client testing to measure SEO impact of AI-generated content

Align AI content with client SEO strategies

Support expansion of AI into homepage content, Spanish content, and translations

Required Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–3 years of content editing and writing experience, preferably in digital marketing or SEO

Familiarity with AI content tools is a plus

Strong editorial skills and attention to detail

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies

Preferred Skills/Experience

Automotive content editing or writing experience

Advanced knowledge of AI writing tools

Experience managing high-volume editing workflows and automations

Compensation

Targeted salary range: $45,200 – $64,700

Compensation may vary based on experience, training, internal equity, certifications, market factors, budget, and responsibilities
