We are seeking a Junior SEO Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing SEO activities, including on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and backlink building. The ideal candidate will support the execution of SEO and lead generation strategies for IT-based companies, with practical experience in enhancing website visibility and driving high-quality traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support on-page SEO activities such as optimizing meta tags, content, internal links, header tags, and URL structures.
- Manage off-page SEO tasks including guest posting, social bookmarking, directory submissions, and forum engagement.
- Develop and maintain backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Assist in PPC campaigns and lead generation initiatives (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience, focusing on on-page, off-page, and backlink strategies.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website content structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with PPC platforms such as Google Ads or willingness to learn.
- Experience in SEO for IT services, SaaS, or B2B companies.
- Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
- Exposure to lead generation through SEO-driven campaigns.
