Summary

The Data Specialist is responsible for working alongside our data science, client success, and support teams to move clients from their old paper or software state into Ascendco’s platform. In this position, you will help implement data mapping, importing, integration, and analysis. We welcome extremely detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and want to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge health tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data mapping and standardization
2. Surgical instruments and sets naming
3. Communicating with internal teams and clients
4. Data templating and importing
5. EMR preference card mapping and clean up

Ideal Skills:

1. Strong in Microsoft Excel
2. Knowledge in sterile processing and Operating Room (OR) workflows
3. Customer service
