We are looking for an experienced enterprise platform engineer with deep expertise in system connectivity and automation using a comprehensive set of tools within a leading cloud-based HR platform. This includes experience with visual development environments, report authoring frameworks, pre-built connectors, bulk data interfaces, and workflow orchestration capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and resolve platform functionality and data exchange challenges, propose remediation strategies, and develop or enhance system connections as required.
2. Perform end-to-end validation testing and deploy solutions spanning system configurations, automated workflows, and operational reporting.
3. Architect and deliver new system interfaces leveraging visual integration builders, pre-configured connectors, structured data transformation tools, and bulk import/export frameworks.
4. Actively participate in the broader platform user community to remain current on product roadmap developments and emerging capabilities, translating those insights into actionable technical guidance for the organization.

Qualifications

1. Hold a four-year degree in a computing-related discipline — such as software engineering, systems technology, or information systems — or bring equivalent hands-on experience in application development or enterprise platform support.
2. Have at least 4+ years working with a major cloud HCM platform across functional areas including workforce administration, employee compensation, absence tracking, payroll processing, and new hire onboarding.
3. Possess 2+ years of demonstrated, practical experience with visual integration development tools, complex bulk data interfaces, reporting frameworks, and pre-built third-party connectors.
4. Are comfortable working with business process configurations, calculated data fields, and markup/transformation languages such as XML and XSLT.
5. Bring strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building productive relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, as access to our facilities and internal networks requires compliance with applicable federal requirements.

Added Plus Skills:

1. Familiarity with data lake/analytics layers, low-code application development, API protocols (both legacy and modern web-based), integration middleware, business rules frameworks, or advanced platform security configuration.
