We are seeking a highly focused and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our recruitment process, ensuring that we identify and attract top talent for our sales and business development positions. Salary Plus Bonus – Income Range $50,000 to $100,000

 

Company Overview

Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator for small service-based businesses with an emphasis on individual real estate agents. We have a very unique offering that is similar to a SaaS business model—we are not a software company. We are a Partnership and Investment as a Service business. We build resources for these small businesses that would otherwise not be candidates for investment or funding, and we license those resources to the business owner for a monthly licensing fee. Additionally, we negotiate a bonus structure that is paid as the business revenues increase.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for our sales and business development roles
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for our open positions, focusing on their experience, skills, and alignment with our company culture
  • Administer profile tests to further assess candidates' skills and fit for our roles, including communication, problem-solving, and sales aptitude
  • Schedule appointments for qualified candidates to meet with our business development executives, ensuring that candidates are well-prepared for the interview process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and communication logs
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience, providing regular updates on candidate status and feedback

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or business development roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively communicate our company's culture and values
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, including resume parsing tools and candidate evaluation platforms
