About the opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team in Tampa. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in Digital Marketing.

In this role, you will support our Digital Marketing team across a range of initiatives, including campaign execution, content creation, and digital engagement strategies. From writing social media posts and assisting with email campaigns to supporting SEO and landing page development, you will gain meaningful experience in core areas of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with planning and executing digital marketing and promotional campaigns
2. Create and manage content for major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X
3. Write, edit, and post content for blogs, emails, social posts, and landing pages
4. Contribute to the production of creative assets across various formats
5. Support general graphic design tasks and video content creation
6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet Digital Marketing project deadlines
7. Help track campaign performance and assist with reporting
8. Participate in team projects and contribute to overall Digital Marketing objectives
9. Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner in customer-facing communications

What We Are Looking For

1. Proficient in Microsoft environment
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
6. Able to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic user experience or design concepts
8. Experience with Photoshop or design tools is a plus
9. Experience with HubSpot and/or CRM platforms is a plus
10. Exposure to marketing automation tools is a plus
11. Familiarity with WordPress and/or WooCommerce is a plus
12. A portfolio is a plus but not required
13. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
