We are preparing a proposed Web Application Developer role for a team working on modern web experiences and digital solutions. The developer will contribute to building responsive web applications, implementing application features, maintaining existing systems, and improving website functionality.

The ideal candidate has experience with front-end and back-end development, database integration, API development, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.

Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

Develop server-side application functionality and business logic.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Design and maintain application databases.

Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues.

Test application features across browsers and devices.

Follow secure coding and software development practices.

Collaborate with designers and other technical team members.

Maintain technical documentation and support application updates.

Required Technical Skills

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET.

Understanding of REST APIs and database management.

Familiarity with Git and version control.

Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud hosting and deployment.

Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD.

Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.

Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage development tasks.
