Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our travel services, attract new customers, and enhance our brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote holiday packages and travel services.
2. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
3. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and grow online engagement.
4. Coordinate with travel partners and vendors for joint promotions and partnerships.
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target customer segments.
6. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows to attract potential customers.
7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular performance reports.
8. Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities.
9. Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in the travel industry is an advantage).
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
4. Strong communication, creative writing, and content creation skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
7. Good understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior is a plus.
