As our Marketing & Media Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing. You’ll help us build our brand, generate leads, track results, and produce content that educates and converts. You’ll work directly with the founding attorneys to develop and execute ideas — from podcasts to Google ads to social content — and help position our firm as the most ethical and effective family law practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Ads

1. Manage Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Local Service Ads
2. Track ad spend, lead sources, consultation data, and conversion rates
3. Optimize Google Business Profiles with regular posts and review management

Website & SEO

1. Update and edit our WordPress website (add pages, blog posts, embed videos)
2. Perform basic on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, alt text, etc.)

Social Media & Content

1. Set up, manage, and grow our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
2. Help plan, record, and edit short- and long-form content (Reels, podcasts, videos)
3. Create and post branded graphics, infographics, and short-form video clips
4. Collaborate with the partners to brainstorm content ideas regularly

Analytics & Reporting

1. Maintain a simple marketing dashboard showing consults, ad performance, signed cases, and ROI
2. Provide monthly reports and identify what’s working — and what isn’t

What We’re Looking For

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, media production, or content management
2. Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and basic video editing tools (e.g., Descript, CapCut, Adobe Rush)
3. Experience running and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (YouTube or LSAs)
4. Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO fundamentals
5. Highly organized, creative, and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
6. Strong writing and communication skills
7. Comfortable interviewing attorneys on camera and repurposing content for multiple platforms

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000, depending on experience and skill set
