We're now expanding our marketing and guest engagement efforts—and we're looking for a passionate, boots-on-the-ground connector to help lead the charge.
The Role
As the Brand Engagement & Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the digital and local face of our pubs and affiliated brands in the U.S. You’ll own our online presence and local outreach initiatives, ensuring our venues are buzzing both online and IRL.
This is not just a desk job—it's about people, community, and creating an authentic brand voice that travels from our front doors to Instagram stories and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with pub managers and staff to capture engaging, brand-aligned content
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to increase engagement and follower growth
Local Networking & Community Engagement
- Conduct “feet-on-the-street” marketing within a 360-degree radius of each pub location
- Establish partnerships with nearby businesses, apartment complexes, gyms, and event venues
- Represent the brand at community events, festivals, and networking mixers
Guest Relations
- Follow up with guests post-visit through social platforms, online reviews, and email
- Build rapport with regulars and local influencers
- Use feedback to improve digital and in-person experiences
Strategic Initiatives
- Assist in executing seasonal campaigns, event promotions, and local brand activations
- Support cross-promotional opportunities with aligned partners and vendors
- Create monthly reports with KPIs on digital performance and community outreach impact
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in social media content creation, brand marketing, or event promotion
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- A people-person with energy to network, engage, and build relationships
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
- Knowledge of trends in hospitality, nightlife, and food & beverage marketing a huge plus
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut skills are a bonus

- Base salary of $50,000 annually
