Job Title: eCommerce Merchandiser (Shopify) - Remote, Full-Time Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 4.30pm EST Monday to Friday

About Us: We're a fast-growing clean beauty brand seeking an exceptional eCommerce Merchandiser to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time position for someone who lives and breathes digital merchandising and knows Shopify inside and out.

About the Role: As our eCommerce Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for owning the onsite shopping experience. You will optimize product presentation, collections, landing pages, and site navigation to drive conversion and increase AOV. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for someone who is creative, data-driven, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own all merchandising on our Shopify store, ensuring accurate product setup, categorization, and visual storytelling
2. Plan and execute product drops, seasonal refreshes, and promotional campaigns
3. Analyze site performance (conversion, CTR, AOV) and take action to improve UX and merchandising
4. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to align product launches and campaigns
5. Analysis site real estate and communicate to stakeholders
6. Review industry leaders to understand latest site features and selling trends
7. Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal product display and functionality
8. Recommend improvements in site navigation, filters, cross-sells, and upsells
9. Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to avoid overselling or out-of-stocks

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience
2. Strong experience with Shopify (required)
3. Strong experience of cross-sell/upsell/personalization apps such as Rebuy or similar
4. A sharp eye for product presentation and digital storytelling
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions (Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.)
6. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
