BConnected, LLC was founded in 2011 with the intent of filling one need - to provide the means and the time necessary to manage social media for companies and businesses so they don't have to worry about it. This job requires the perfect blend of right brain and left brain thinking with a touch of type-A personality. Are you an optimistic extrovert who has a techy creative side? Are you semi-obsessed with social media marketing? Photography, videography, and/or graphic design experience is extremely appreciated but not required.

This content producer will have various PR/Marketing experience, an upbeat attitude, exceptional writing and communication skills, continuous creative thinking, and a slight “obsession” in social media and everything that surrounds it. They must have a strong passion in brand development and brand promotion techniques.

Responsibilities :

• We are here to serve the client - that is job number one, and to create visual social media content for them - a close second.
• Manage social media marketing while thinking outside the box and creating original media
• Act as the “face” of each client they work with
• Take advantage of all photography opportunities you have with each client you work with and strive to make each opportunity as creative as possible
• Build and foster healthy/open working relationships with each client
• Create needed graphics to build a brand across all social media pages using Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop videos for clients using a DSLR, Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Fuel discussions around client-related news, products, insights, events, etc, etc.
• Continually monitor and participate in company-related blog and forum postings around the web
• Work closely with each client to stay on top of upcoming content-producing topics relating to their brand
• Continually develop innovative and creative ideas to fuel customer interaction with each client
• Seek out questions and answer questions in a brand-consistent way with each client

Preferred Qualifications (the more the merrier):

• The ability to work with clients, proactively reach out to them in a confident manner, and to keep them happy
• Two or more years working in social media, blogs, forums, online media, online advertising, PR, marketing, etc, etc
• Must have a very professional demeanor, high organizational skills, and an overall understanding of the consumer product market
• Must have a clear understanding of how people communicate online
• Must have a clear understanding of what people respond to online
• EXCEPTIONAL written and communication skills
• Photo and Video editing experience
• Small portfolio or examples of previous work done
• Graphic design experience (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
