CNS Healthcare, a specialized medication research company working with the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager/Digital Specialist to join the Marketing Team at our Orlando Site Support Office in the Dr. Philips area near Universal Studios. There is some flexibility to work from home.

SiteCentric is the CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) developed by the team at CNS Healthcare which includes everything a research site needs to run efficiently, in a single online platform. Responsibilities include:

1. Sponsor/CRO Relations:
2. Enrollment Updates
3. Budget Requests/Management
4. Tracking of enrollment timelines/milestones
5. Oversight of timely ad submissions/approvals
6. Call Center/Central Campaign Management
7. Point of contact for site intake teams
8. Work with Marketing Team/Sites to ensure timely launch of recruitment activities
9. Work with VP to develop recruitment materials
10. Ad submissions/approvals
11. Lead/referral processing
12. Qualify/schedule leads
13. Monitor enrollment goals vs actual and develop strategies to meet goals
14. Assist with other patient recruitment activities, as needed
15. Digital marketing strategy: develop online marketing strategies that utilize all tools and channels, including analytics, social media and paid media; investigating the campaigns of competitors and understanding best practice to inform online marketing benchmarks; and identifying opportunities to use digital technology to enhance CNS Healthcare patient recruitment, SiteCentric sales and overall marketing strategy
16. SEO: analyze web traffic and identifying opportunities for improved SEO; driving more traffic to our website and impacting our online business presence by assisting with creating SEO-optimized content; and managing inbound marketing, PPC, AdWords, and SEO strategies
17. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including writing, scheduling, and publishing content.
18. WordPress – website updates, back-end administration, pixels
19. Curate and schedule high-quality visual content using CANVA and Constant Contact.
20. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
21. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
22. Help implement digital marketing strategies, including PPC and digital campaigns.
23. Oversee and optimize the company's Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate business information, responding to customer reviews, and posting updates to enhance local search visibility and engagement.

Requirements include:

1. Experience in social media management and digital marketing (5+ years preferred).
2. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
3. Strong writing and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of Google Analytics and online advertising effectiveness.
5. Experienced with design platforms such as CANVA.
6. Experienced with mass communication platforms such as Constant Contact.
7. Experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials is a PLUS!
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple initiatives.
