The JOB

As a Food & Beverage Manager you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for working with the F&B Management team on the oversight and supervision of all F&B outlets, including Adelaide Restaurant, Lyric, Living Room Bar, Pool Bar and In Room Dining. The F&B Manager works closely with the Culinary team to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a highly visible leadership role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements

Refined verbal and written communication skills

2+ years’ experience in F&B Management

Experience in leading teams

Strong time management skills and proven demonstration of grace under pressure

Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment

Flexible schedule availability
