Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a variety of events and marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and executing events including but not limited to trade shows, seminars, conferences, and continued education.
· Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote events and company initiatives.
· Coordinate with vendors, venues and other contacts to ensure successful event execution.
· Help manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
· Monitor and analyze event and campaign performances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Maintain inventory of company brand-wear and tradeshow materials; research new opportunities.
· Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns and social media content.
· Assist in maintaining the company’s website and social media channels with event and marketing content.
· The Event & Marketing Coordinator is regularly tasked to answer phone calls and assemble sales materials.
· Assist with other department-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field preferred.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent written, interpersonal and customer service skills.
· High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms) is a plus.
· Familiar with Adobe CC, particularly InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
· Previous internship or volunteer experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.

Salary Range:
· $38,000 – $50,000 Annual BOE
