Position Overview
The Employee Resource Center (ERC) Representative is responsible for providing consistent, high quality customer care and service excellence to customers in a high-volume call center environment. The ERC Representative is responsible for assisting and facilitating employee and manager inquiries and requests that are received via phone, email, or other access channels. In this capacity, the ERC Representative uses case management tools to respond to and track inquiries, using judgment, experience and knowledge and applying independent thinking abilities. The Representative performs high-volume services through the ERC through standardized processes including administrative work, issue resolution and database transactions via telephone, web, email or correspondence.
Job Description
Earn $16.75-$19 per hour based on experience
Full-time on-site, hybrid, or remote role

First point of contact for inquiries from all channels, primarily inbound call center inquiries - resolving a majority of inquiries during first contact. Handles first-level Workday transaction corrections. Helps Customers navigate through direct access materials and functionality.
Seeks rapid and efficient resolution of 'How To' questions using scripts, FAQ's, and desk top procedures without deviation, promptly resolving upon first call/contact. Ask probing questions to aid in problem solving and issue escalation.
Logs all calls on the case management system.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: Flexible between the hours of 8am-7pm EST

Skills
Special Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality; Problem solving/analytical skills required.
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
Years of Experience
0-2 : Relevant experience. 1 year of HR experience with broad knowledge of HR concepts preferred.
