About the Role

The eLearning Developer will be an integral part of the new and exciting training solutions that we will be providing our clients. This role will be responsible for designing and developing internal training solutions for different departments that are engaging, creative, and effective. eLearning solutions will apply gamification, graphics, a wide variety of interactions, scenario-based learning, and quizzes while working closely with the training team and instructional designers.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Design and develop eLearning to support learners in using hardware, navigating software, performing installations, troubleshooting, providing excellent customer service, and other areas.
• Partner with instructional designers to produce high-quality eLearning content.
• Design and develop eLearning storyboards alongside instructional designers.
• Apply action mapping and adult learning theories to create effective learning solutions.
• Create video production including audio and video editing.
• Develop illustrations and graphics to create attractive and engaging eLearning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Strongly Preferred:

• 2D/3D animation skills
• 3D Modeling skills

Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for learning, technology, and helping others
• Fully proficient in Articulate Storyline
• Possess exceptional mastery of the English language, equivalent to a native speaker, with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in video editors like Adobe Premiere or equivalent
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design concepts
• Ability to deliver high quality eLearning experiences with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in interactive eLearning experiences
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
