Job Description:

Signature Travel Network is searching for a full-time, experienced, and talented Director of Marketing Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong data-driven approach with a passion for delivering measurable results and upholding high standards for the team. They will have a proven record of accomplishment for analyzing performance metrics and preparing reports regularly to highlight results and insights. In addition, they will use the data to optimize strategies and improve content effectiveness. This position involves working with several internal teams, third parties as well as Signature’s preferred supplier partners and members.

Responsibilities:

· Custom analysis for strategic business decisions and discussions on innovation, predictive trends, spending, and investments, etc.

  • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution along with Design and Marketing teams
  • Develop and establish key dashboards that allow teams to self-serve performance data and insights.
  • Perform data mining and analysis, using Google Analytics, GA360, GA4, and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Lead technical enhancements and troubleshoot issues
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage Signature’s GA4 tracking, working with internal teams to track general and specific initiatives
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with marketing team to optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related quantitative field with a comprehensive understanding of marketing measurement, incrementality, channel attribution, and ROI frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital tools such as email, social media trends, best practices for online marketing and emerging AI.
  • Familiarity with building models to measure marketing incrementality and a detailed understanding of statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions).
  • Highly creative and imaginative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
  • Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and/or requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sisense and/or Power BI a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
