Job Title: Digital Content System Administrator

Pay Rate: $22/HR

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Shift - 8 am—4 pm OR 9 am—5 pm


This position is for the Building Automation division.

We are looking for a Digital Content System Administrator to oversee the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and performance of the Pneuma platform. This role involves data analysis, metadata transformation, user management, and reporting to ensure seamless access to sales and marketing content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align platform content with business needs.

  1. Platform Administration: Manage user access by adding/removing users, setting permissions, and troubleshooting access issues.
  2. Content & Metadata Management: Ensure all digital assets are properly tagged with accurate metadata for seamless searchability and AI integration.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and distribute analytics reports on user engagement, content performance, and platform effectiveness.
  4. Custom Content Creation: Develop and publish custom stories, sales playbooks, and other tailored content within the platform.
  5. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in content organization, searchability, and platform functionality.
  6. Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal users needing troubleshooting assistance or training on platform usage.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Bigtincan, Seismic, Showpad) is a plus.
  3. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimize content strategy.
  4. Proficiency in managing metadata and tagging structures to enhance AI-driven search.
  5. Familiarity with digital asset management and content governance best practices.
  6. Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise between marketing, sales, and IT teams.
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes.
