This role combines creative ad creation, client relationship management, business development, and technology management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Creation and Campaign Management:

  1. Develop compelling ad copy with attention-grabbing headlines and clear calls to action.
  2. Create eye-catching, on-brand visuals supporting the messaging.
  3. Stay informed about ad specs and best practices across platforms (social, search, display, etc.).
  4. Innovate with fresh, standout ad concepts and optimize based on performance data.
  5. Ensure quick turnaround on ad creation and deployment to meet tight deadlines.

Client Relations:

  1. Develop and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with clients.
  2. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to understand client needs.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
  4. Advocate for clients by elevating important issues to appropriate teams.

Business Development Support:

  1. Attend GTWY networking events to develop new business relationships and leads.
  2. Set appointments with potential clients interested in GTWY’s products/services.
  3. Nurture prospect relationships through persistent, professional follow-up.
  4. Upsell current clients on additional products/services to expand account revenues.
  5. Maintain accurate opportunity/pipeline data within the CRM system.

Venue Technology Management:

  1. Manage indoor digital billboards throughout the venue partner locations.
  2. Conduct regular checks on TV screens, media players, networks, etc., to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Respond promptly to technical issues or outages and troubleshoot hands-on.
