We have an exciting opportunity! The Allen Thomas Group is looking for an ambitious Commercial Insurance Account Manager to take on a hybrid role, leveraging your passion for building client relationships as well as your drive to close new inbound business.
With commission-based compensation, you will earn an uncapped income based on your success in generating and growing new accounts.
In this unique role you will:
- Strategically manage existing key commercial insurance accounts
- Establish trusting relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
- Utilize consultative needs-based sales approach to identify and close new business
- Leverage insurance technologies to accurately quote and bind policies
- Ensure proper invoicing, agreements, and detailed reporting for all accounts
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to present solutions
- Work with our growing team while also independently managing sales process

Requirements:
- 5-10 years commercial insurance account management experience
- Active P&C license
