In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, helping to define and drive data-driven strategies that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:** - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure solutions meet business goals. - Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and insights. - Assist in testing and validating new systems and processes. - Support project planning and execution in Agile/Scrum or other methodologies. Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
