Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the Customer Experience Specialist Team, developing annual operational plans with measurable KPIs to drive goal attainment.
Enhance frontline CX optimization and sales conversion rates across key client segments (e.g., overseas warehouse partners, platform-certified warehouses), strengthening strategic partnerships while identifying revenue expansion opportunities.
Provide data-driven market insights to ensure service competitiveness through benchmarking analysis and industry trend forecasting.
Mobilize internal/external resources to execute integrated solutions that align sales, operations, and technology functions for business growth.
