SellerSlice Inc. is looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with 2-3 years of agency experience managing large Amazon accounts. This individual will be responsible for the overall relationship success of SellerSlice Inc. and its past, current, and future clients. This position will ensure the service delivery is organized around the current and future needs of leading brands.
Job Summary: As an Amazon Account Manager, you would be responsible for implementing brand plans, developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, and driving profitability. In summary, you would be focused on achieving short and long term business success for our brands. This is an exciting and meaningful role ideal for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, and a real passion for growth. Any applicants without Amazon and Walmart Ecommerce experience need not apply.
Duties:
- Prepare for and attend client meetings and presentations
- Drive account sales and promotions
- Develop custom marketing strategies
- Monitor account performance and health
- Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines and communicate changes/directions to internal team members
- Manage brand positioning
- Audit brand and listings
- Competitor analysis
- Lead annual and quarterly planning and goal setting processes
- Manage internal brand information pages
- Responsible for the ownership of key client relationships.
- Drive deeper understanding of consumer through implementation and analysis of consumer insights and analytics
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years agency experience
- 3 years Amazon Brand Management Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional e-commerce experience
- 3-5 years experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon is a must and Walmart is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years professional Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional phone and video conference etiquette
- Strong relationship skills are a must
- Presentation experience is a must
- Client escalations experience a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data and analytical skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients

- E Commerce sales forecasting experience is a plus
- Creative and analytical thinking

- An ability to bring brand identity to life through an authentic and consistent voice across multiple channels
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to commit to and meet brand deadlines along with internal team deadlines
- Familiarity with Website Development, Graphic Design, SEO, SEM, and Social Media as it relates to ecommerce

Pay: $55,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
