Website Marketing Manager
Seeking a Website Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of our web-based marketing business strategy and functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing website performance. Monitor site traffic, leads, and conversions to drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a T-shaped marketer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with marketing team directors, web development and design teams; to effectively communicate business requirements on marketing-related strategy and functionality of the company’s websites.
- Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
- Collaborate cross-functionally on technical SEO optimization, including but not limited to site architecture, content organization, page hierarchy, URL structure, indexation and crawlability issues, page speed optimizations, semantic markup, and technical site migrations.
- Publish monthly promotions and sales across multiple websites, ensuring accurate messaging and assets.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Manages all open Jira tickets on behalf of the Marketing Department and assists with sprint scheduling.
- Participates actively in Scrum meetings, contributing insights and updates around three times per week. Additionally, attends evening sprint releases approximately twice per month, playing a key role in the review process for marketing request releases.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Front-end languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Highly skilled in utilizing CMS similar to WordPress or Drupal to efficiently manage and enhance web content.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Asana a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field, or possesses commensurate professional experience.
- One to three years of related experience preferred.
