Who you are
Are you an enthusiastic problem solver who loves quickly diagnosing issues and delivering above-and-beyond solutions? As a Producer for Client Support at Lifeblue, you'll work with our clients and team to manage and oversee the execution of maintenance and optimization related tasks that enable us to continue solving brand and technology challenges for users.
Our ideal candidate is a service focused do-er who enjoys working directly with clients and production teams alike to manage client requests related to our existing projects, estimate and schedule tasks, work with developers to assure quality standards and work within content management systems to create the greatest impact possible. We're looking for someone adept at project management who can leverage their unique experience to impact Lifeblue initiatives.
What you'll do
- Maintain strong, lasting client relationships by showing a high level of service and responsiveness
- Provide weekly reports on productivity and billable hours
- Lead client update calls to understand and solve operational pain points and optimize on features that meet the various needs of their users
- Triage and prioritize support requests to ensure issues tagged emergency are acknowledged within 2 hours and other requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Be in communication with clients to provide consistent updates that instill confidence while sharing estimated completion timelines (ideally 72 hours)
- Work within monthly project budgets and hourly agreements to define and complete solutions
- Plan and break down project related work into weekly tasks and deliverables from both a team and individual perspective for all assigned projects to meet timelines
- Collaborate with other producers and your production team of designers and developers to meet deadlines
- Advise on ideal user experiences as related to requested tasks to properly scope and define tasks
- Help guide and provide thought leadership to processes and methods that lead to increased productivity and sure-fire methods that lead to stability of workflow
What you'll need
- 3 years minimum of project management experience working with clients to define and execute solutions, preferably in an agency environment
- A solid understanding of spreadsheet and project management software to define and deliver solutions and outline team members' project tasks
- A working knowledge of Wordpress of WordPress and how a functioning website relates to the client's overall business goals
- Experience working with web-based reporting and analytics tools
- Consistent curiosity to stay on top of digital transformation trends and web requirements and how they are shaping the future of the web
- A supportive attitude that helps clients feel comfortable and team members feel guided throughout the lifecycle of each task
- Strong presentation and communication skills to create a clear story, capture our process and hold influence among executive-level clients
Bonus Points
- Ability to work with a variety of development languages, preferably LAMP stack
- Familiarity with GitHub and other version control systems
