We are seeking Ad Tech Data and Web Developer will be responsible for building, managing, and enhancing our digital assets and websites. This role emphasizes seamless data integration, web development, and optimizing user experience across all online platforms. This position is instrumental in creating marketing strategies that produce measurable results by merging web development expertise with data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation and experience with data platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and CRM tools. They will serve as crucial support to our high-performing digital advertising team, taking a hands-on approach in tracking, reporting, and feed management—essential components of our advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ad tech, data-driven advertising, and backend implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, landing pages, and other digital assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
2. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-platform functionality to enhance the user experience.
3. Optimize site performance, load times, and mobile-friendliness to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
4. Implement and manage tracking systems, particularly Google Tag Manager (knowledge of Server-Side GTM is preferred).
5. Troubleshoot advertising tech issues and optimize tracking and integration setups.
6. Develop and manage Ninjacat reporting dashboards for client performance insights.
7. Handle product deed creation and management for car dealership clients, powering catalogs across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
8. Work collaboratively on deep-dive performance analysis of ad campaigns and optimize ad spend.
9. Assist in maintaining up-to-date advertising tech configurations and support the team with backend ad solutions.
10. Set up CAPI (Conversions API) for social advertising platforms.
11. Ensure conversion tracking is correctly set up across all client accounts.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital agency setting.
2. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
3. Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
4. HTML skills required; Python/SQL and Wordpress.
5. Ability to troubleshoot third-party scripts, manage data connectors, and diagnose tracking issues.
6. Proven experience handling large-scale projects, ideally with 150+ client accounts.
7. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team with a fast-paced workload.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

1. Experience with Google Business Profile, Reddit, Pinterest, or X ads.
2. Familiarity with Ninjact, Domo, Google Looker Studio, or other ETL/BI tools.
3. Background in advertising tech backend management (e.g., pixel installation, tagging).
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP or Python.
5. Experience and proficiency with Linux platform, Windows Platform, and WordPress Development.
6. Strong understanding of data tracking platforms, including Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and online CRM systems.
7. Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to support marketing decisions.
8. Knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
