The venues, including Brick & Mortar, Post 4, and Revery, offer unique design elements and amenities to cater to a wide variety of tastes and budgets. North 4th Corridor is exclusively operated by Milo's Catering.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Venue Operations Manager at North 4th Corridor in Columbus, OH. The Venue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the three event venues ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining venue cleanliness and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting manager with client inquiries, tours and open houses
- Assisting with rehearsals and receiving decor and other items from clients for upcoming events
- Working with vendors prior to events to ensure their understanding of venue policies and signing off on vendor check list. Coordinating load in and load out times and building policies
- Organization of linens and warehouse equipment
- Maintaining proper inventory levels and organization of event essentials: linens, cleaning supplies etc
- Working with event manager to help coordinate support vendors - rentals, window cleaners, chemical company, pest control, hood cleaners, fire inspectors, elevator inspectors etc
- On event days assisting with setting up directional and event signage
- Assisting with ceremony setup, tear down and room flips
- Meeting with bridal parties and navigating them through the building
- Directing guests to appropriate spaces and designated parking areas
