As a Software Engineer, you’ll support both internal teams and customers by:

1. Designing and building end-to-end solutions across internal and customer-facing platforms
2. Automating business processes to drive efficiency
3. Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
4. Tackling performance and architectural challenges
5. Participating in agile sprints and development cycles
6. Writing clean, maintainable code aligned with coding standards
7. Supporting special projects as assigned by the Software Engineering Manager
8. Coordinating effectively with internal teams and departments
9. Attending relevant training, meetings, and company updates
10. 
    

Key Skills

1. Experienced in PHP (3+ years) using modern MVC frameworks
2. Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and database design/optimisation
3. Familiar with modern APIs and version control (Git)
4. A strong communicator with excellent writing and time management skills
5. Innovative and driven to challenge the status quo
6. Confident working independently in a remote environment
7. Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning
8. Skilled in designing and delivering complex software solutions
9. Experienced in mobile app development (iOS/Android) – highly valued
10. Familiar with CI/CD, Laravel, and PHPUnit – highly regarded
11. Knowledgeable about the telco industry
12. Holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
