Job Description:

Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Travel Coordinator to join their team! The Travel Coordinator will make travel arrangements for individuals and groups within the organization, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling any other trip-related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.

Prepare and distribute travel schedules to relevant staff.
Conduct research and compare travel and hotel accommodations to select the most suitable options for all travel requirements.
Make travel arrangements and reservations in accordance with approved travel reasons and budget constraints.
Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and distribute travel schedules to relevant staff.
Responsible for adhering to expense and approval process which includes obtaining necessary approvals from leadership on travel requests and expenses that exceeds established limits.
Provide guidance to travelers on obtaining specialized travel documents like visas or passports when needed.
Responsible for tracking travel rewards and establish loyalty programs.
Monitor and facilitate the utilization of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other applicable rewards and loyalty programs.
Process company expense reimbursements following booking travel accommodations.
Process and manage reimbursements for travel-related expenses efficiently.
Provide administrative Support and work on other related duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
Familiar with Concur Software program.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.’
Possess a strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills with the capability to evaluate multiple options and select the most suitable choice to fulfill specified goals.
Possess strong attention to detail!

Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.

Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
Preferred Requirement: Some level of higher education and previous training or experience with Concur or a similar travel software.

Travel Requirement:
Travel is not required for this role.

Pay Range:
The hourly range for this position is $21.00 – 26.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
