Responsibilities:

– Craft unforgettable travel experiences for both domestic and international clientele, covering everything from optional tours to airfare, car rentals, hotel accommodations, and even Amtrak journeys.

– Navigate price quotes, fare quotes, and ticketing procedures, and manage exchanges, voids, and refunds with finesse.

– Develop innovative marketing strategies, including planning seminars and promotional events.

– Familiarize yourself with and communicate Japanese immigration regulations to clients with clarity and confidence.

– Embrace a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service and embodying a hospitality mindset.

– Thrive in client interactions, whether over the phone or through email, with your stellar communication skills.

Requirements:

– 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

– Fluent in both Japanese and English, with a strong command of written and spoken communication.

– Hold legal working status in the U.S.

Location:

– Remote work, regardless of your location within the U.S.

– Hybrid (New York, NY; Torrance, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Honolulu, HI offices.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
