Job Description:

Pride Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our Sales Department Team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the inside and outside sales of May Wes, a leading manufacturer of aftermarket poly products for the agriculture industry, and inside sales support for our other divisions: C&A Pro, Pride Assembly, & Pride Engineered Plastics. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic salesperson with agricultural experience to become an integral member of our highly respected Company. Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $54,000 - $64,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Manager with growing domestic and international sales by visiting, training, and supporting dealers and distributors to stimulate interest in May Wes products
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, dealers, and distributors
  • Discuss products with customers and explain technical concepts simply
  • Resolve customer and dealer complaints, returns, and warranty items
  • Gather feedback from customers and dealers on product needs to support the Engineering Department on product improvements and development
  • Assist with setting up and representing May Wes at trade shows and other events
  • Perform hands-on product installations for demonstrations and videos
  • Work directly with the Marketing Department to support the Company's digital marketing strategies by supporting video projects and social media initiatives
  • Make recommendations to the Engineering Department about any revisions/updates to product instructions
  • Support inside sales for all four divisions: May Wes, C&A Pro, Pride Assembly, & Pride Engineered Plastics- answering
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
  • Attend May Wes development meetings

Qualifications:

  • Ability & willingness to travel 25% of the time is required
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card is required
  • 2+ years of agriculture sales or farming background is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Office is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • On occasion, must be able to lift 75 lbs at a time for trade show events
