State Education Program Specialist for Arkansas

 

The State Education Program Specialist is critical in ensuring customer success during the post-sales customer journey. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, relationship-oriented, and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be accountable for successfully implementing our client’s Program for schools grades 6-12 throughout the state of Arkansas and offering continued service and programming that will guarantee customer success.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Virtually support new district accounts to facilitate the implementation process, including strategic planning, onboarding, product/program setup, training, and customization to meet the specific requirements of the district.

● Partner with state and district leadership on policy/protocol creation.

● Effectively communicate with school administrators, teaching staff, and parent communities through engaging presentations and written and virtual communication sources.

● Participate in the delivery of on-site services as necessary.

● Contribute to the design and delivery of our client’s school programming, projects, or resources as additional needs arise.

 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

● Background in state and district leadership and implementation rollout, ideally serving grades 6-12.

● Familiarity with current educational practices around implementing school programming.

● Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to form strong partner relationships.

● Adaptability in dynamic environments: thrives in fast-paced settings, exhibiting flexibility and resilience to navigate through rapid growth.

● Proficiency in technology: skilled in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment.

● Solution-driven mindset: the ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

 

Requirements:

● Master’s Degree in education, ideally educational leadership

● 10+ years of experience in customer service, education, and/or a related field.

● Must reside in Arkansas

* Travel expectation is based on partners' demand and manager approval: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak seasons
