Responsible for effectively partnering with business line management and leaders for the purpose of aligning human resources with business priorities. This would include providing strategic support regarding compensation and promotion analysis, performance management, organization development needs, culture survey results, employee relations consultation and intervention, D&I initiatives, and ensuring compliance in all HR related policies and practices. Works collaboratively with colleagues in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Organizational Development, Benefits, HR Strategy, and Payroll to support the business leaders and TSMs. The Sr. HRBP provides consultation and support regarding recruitment, on-boarding practices and implementation, retention strategies, employee engagement initiatives, talent management, work force planning and succession planning. This role includes making presentations. . This role is also responsible for partnering with the. HR Directors to identify and implement process improvement opportunities, working in collaboration across the HR organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
The scope of the client portfolio that this position supports is both domestic and international, collaborating with HR colleagues outside of the US who provide local HR support and leadership. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a multi-national company, supporting clients both in and outside of the US.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $71,280 to $124,740 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
