Position Summary:

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll develop and implement content strategies across platforms to elevate our clients' brands. You’ll lead a small team, including a Social Media Marketing Assistant, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying ahead of trends, fostering client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration & Strategy

1. Build and manage strong relationships with clients through regular calls and updates.
2. Present insights and actionable strategies to enhance performance and achieve client goals.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

1. Develop and curate compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
2. Create strategic campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
3. Analyze metrics to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

1. Mentor and guide the Social Media Marketing Assistant, fostering growth and efficiency.
2. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
2. Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and basic video/photo editing software.

Bonus Points for:

1. Experience with YouTube video editing.
2. A background in team leadership or client account management.
