We’re excited to have you join us on this journey to help more pets enjoy healthy, nutritious food. Our program is structured to allow affiliates to contribute in various ways, from promoting products to recruiting other like-minded individuals to join the team as we grow. Below is an outline of your role at each level and how you can make the most out of this opportunity. This is a totally sales-driven program focused on expanding our customer base and helping affiliates earn commissions for their work—no strings attached. Decide your own level of involvement.

Advocate: Affiliate Sales Partner (Customer Sales Focus)

Role Overview:

As an Advocate Affiliate Sales Partner, your primary goal is to promote Sophie's Pet Food to customers. Using your personalized link or coupon, you’ll encourage individuals to explore and purchase from our product lineup, earning commission on every sale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote Sophie's Products:
2. Use your unique links and coupons to share our products on social media, blogs, or other online platforms.
3. Drive Sales:
4. Focus on generating sales by engaging with pet lovers and promoting our high-quality, fresh pet food products.
5. Track Sales:
6. You’ll have access to a dashboard where you can track your sales and see how much commission you’ve earned.
7. Earn Commissions:
8. Receive a 10% commission on all customer sales made through your referral links.

Guru: Affiliate Sales Partner (Customer + Business Sales)

Role Overview:

As a Guru, you’ll expand beyond customer outreach to include business sales. You’ll have the opportunity to approach pet stores, groomers, and veterinary clinics, introducing them to the benefits of stocking Sophie's Pet Food products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Continue Customer Sales:
2. Keep promoting to individual customers using your affiliate link or coupon.
3. Expand to Business Sales:
4. Target local businesses that may be interested in carrying our products. This includes pet shops, dog groomers, and veterinary clinics.
5. Track Performance:
6. Monitor your progress through your affiliate dashboard, tracking both customer and business sales.
7. Earn Commissions:
8. You’ll have the potential to earn higher commissions for business sales, on top of your customer sales commissions.

Master: Affiliate Sales Partner (Customer, Business Sales + Recruitment)

Role Overview:

Your the Master, in addition to customer and business sales, you’ll also help us grow by recruiting other affiliates who share our passion for pets. This role involves finding new partners to join our program and offering them guidance as they start promoting Sophie's Pet Food.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell to Customers and Businesses:
2. Continue driving sales with individual customers and businesses.
3. Recruit New Affiliates:
4. Help expand our network by recruiting new affiliates who are passionate about promoting healthy pet food.
5. Support New Affiliates:
6. Offer guidance and tips to the new affiliates you bring into the program to help them succeed.
7. Earn Additional Commissions:
8. In addition to your customer and business sales commissions, you will earn commissions based on the performance of the affiliates you recruit.

General Program Features for All Affiliates

1. How It Works:
2. Share Your Link/Coupon: Use your affiliate link or coupon code to promote our products. When someone makes a purchase using your link or code, the sale is tracked.
3. Track Your Success: Our system will track your referrals, and you’ll be able to monitor your performance in the affiliate dashboard.
4. Earn Commissions: For every sale made through your link or coupon, you’ll earn a commission. Commissions are paid out through PayPal or store credit.

6. Reports and Analytics: Your dashboard provides detailed reports on your sales, clicks, and commissions.
7. Flexibility in Commissions: You’ll have opportunities to earn higher commissions as you move through the levels.
8. Support and Resources: You’ll have access to marketing materials and support to help you succeed at every level.
9. Motivation & Bonuses:
10. Performance Bonuses: You’ll have the chance to earn bonuses for meeting sales goals.
11. No Pressure, Flexible Schedule: You work on your own terms, whether it’s part-time or full-time. There are no minimum sales requirements—your success depends on your efforts.
12. Fraud Prevention:
13. We use fraud detection tools to ensure all sales are legitimate and fair for everyone in the program.

Advertising and Marketing Guidelines:

1. No Unauthorized Independent Advertising:

While we encourage you to share your affiliate links and coupons on social media and with your personal network, you are not allowed to create or publish any independent advertisements (such as paid ads, sponsored posts, etc.) for Sophie's Pet Food without obtaining prior permission from us. All official marketing and advertising are handled by the Sophie's Pet Food team to ensure brand alignment and consistency.

1. Requesting Permission for Independent Ads:

If you wish to create or run any form of independent advertising, please contact us at shanon@getsophies.com to request permission. We will review your request and provide approval or additional guidance as necessary. This ensures that any advertising aligns with our brand standards and goals.

1. Use of Graphics and Branding Assets:

If you would like to use Sophie's Pet Food's logos, graphics, or any other official marketing materials in your posts, you must first receive explicit permission. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

1. Proper Representation of the Brand:

As an Affiliate Sales Partner, you play a key role in representing Sophie's Pet Food. We ask that you ensure all content you share, whether it’s social media posts, reviews, or customer interactions, reflects the brand positively and professionally.

Program Activity and Continuation

We value your participation in Sophie's Pet Food Affiliate Sales Partner Program and are committed to supporting your success. To ensure the program remains active and beneficial for everyone involved, we have established the following guidelines:

1. Monthly Activity Requirement:
2. If there is no activity in your affiliate account within one month (e.g., no clicks on your affiliate links or promotional efforts), we will reach out to offer assistance and resources to help you re-engage with the program.
3. Continued inactivity may result in deactivation of your affiliate account to maintain the program's integrity.
4. Sales Performance Expectation:
5. If there are no sales generated through your affiliate links or coupons for two consecutive months, we may remove you from the affiliate program.
6. This policy helps ensure that our network consists of active affiliates who are dedicated to promoting Sophie's Pet Food.

Additional Terms and Conditions

To protect both you and Sophie's Pet Food, please be aware of the following:

1. Compliance with Program Policies:
2. All affiliates are expected to adhere to the guidelines and policies outlined in this document. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the program.
3. Modification of Program Terms:
4. Sophie's Pet Food reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Sales Partner Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
5. Confidentiality:
6. Any confidential information provided to you as part of the program must not be disclosed to any third parties without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
8. Sophie's Pet Food is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program.
9. Termination of Agreement:
10. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
11. Governing Law:
12. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

What You Can Do:

1. Share your affiliate links and coupons on your personal platforms, including social media.
2. Create posts about your experience with Sophie's Pet Food, tagging our brand where appropriate.
3. Request permission if you'd like to do any independent advertising or use official graphic

Affiliates are welcome to create their own promotional materials to support their efforts in generating sales. However, please note that Sophie's Pet Food will not reimburse any costs incurred in connection with the production of such materials, including but not limited to the printing of flyers, purchasing of advertising space, or posting sponsored content on social media. As this role is strictly commission-based, all expenses related to promotional activities are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. All paid ads must be approved by Sophie’s Pet Food before posting.

Furthermore, affiliates are classified as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Sophie's Pet Food and are not entitled to any employee benefits. Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising and consumer protection regulations, and for managing their own business activities accordingly.
