The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow our social media presence to support brand awareness, investor engagement, lead generation, and community building. This role combines creativity, strategy, and data-driven execution. The ideal candidate understands real estate and investment trends, communicates professionally, and knows how to turn complex information into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing and investment goals.
- Create engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, property spotlights, educational posts, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Write clear, compelling captions and maintain a strong brand voice.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather property updates, investment highlights, and company news.
Platform Management
- Manage daily activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; engage with followers and industry partners.
- Ensure all content meets compliance, branding, and legal standards.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy to optimize reach, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Campaign & Growth Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted social campaigns for property launches, investor events, and recruitment initiatives.
- Optimize paid and organic strategies to grow follower base and brand visibility.
- Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate or investment industry experience is a plus).
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex investment topics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of real estate investment terms, market trends, and industry audiences preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
