Job Description:


The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow our social media presence to support brand awareness, investor engagement, lead generation, and community building. This role combines creativity, strategy, and data-driven execution. The ideal candidate understands real estate and investment trends, communicates professionally, and knows how to turn complex information into compelling content.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  1. Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing and investment goals.
  2. Create engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, property spotlights, educational posts, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  3. Write clear, compelling captions and maintain a strong brand voice.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to gather property updates, investment highlights, and company news.

Platform Management

  1. Manage daily activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  2. Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; engage with followers and industry partners.
  3. Ensure all content meets compliance, branding, and legal standards.

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Track key performance metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership.
  2. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy to optimize reach, engagement, and lead conversions.
  3. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Campaign & Growth Strategy

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted social campaigns for property launches, investor events, and recruitment initiatives.
  2. Optimize paid and organic strategies to grow follower base and brand visibility.
  3. Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate or investment industry experience is a plus).
  3. Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex investment topics.
  4. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  5. Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  6. Understanding of real estate investment terms, market trends, and industry audiences preferred.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
