SOS Business Solutions is hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist
This individual will work with different clients of the agency, looking to do the following and more:
outsource social media to Gain visibility (brand recognition)
Improve search position / ranking, Sell more of product or service
Increase user engagement

The Virtual Marketing Assistant must be skilled in customer service, must have his or her own computer and software, and be highly skilled in the following:

  • Website Design & Maintenance
  • Social Media Management: Facebook, Facebook Advertising, Google My Business, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Advertising, Ticktock, LinkedIn, YouTube, YouTube Advertising, Sendible or Hootsuite, and Canva
  • Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and especially Excel
  • Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Acrobat Pro with InDesign and Acrobat Pro being the most important.
  • Storage Software:Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Docs
  • Calendar Systems:Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCal Calendars
  • Pay-per-Click and Retargeting: AdWords and AdRoll
  • Copywriting & Editing: Must be a skilled copywriter, content creator, and proofreader.
  • SEO, Alt Tagging, and Meta Tagging: Must have expert experience in SEO, Alt Tagging, and Meta Tagging.


Experience:

  • Marketing: 5 years
  • Minimum Education: -Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum Experience/Knowledge: - Examples of successful social media communities and digital assets of brands or organizations candidate has recently managed.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and how they can be deployed.
  • Experience managing and monitoring review platforms such as Yelp, Google. Facebook. etc -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and time management with on-time delivery is critical to success
  • Experience in social media analytics and Google Analytics
  • Experience utilizing social media tools for sentiment analysis and reputation management
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics, website traffic and sentiment analysis to propose strategy and content ideas by platform
  • Experience writing for social media platforms
  • The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop engaging content
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and a desire to continue learning and growing in career and expertise Required
