We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital engagement efforts. This role is essential in shaping our brand presence across various platforms, driving audience engagement, and supporting our marketing objectives. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
3. Utilize tools like Later to schedule and post content
4. Use software to edit video content into mixed reels as needed
5. Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, prefer that the candidate have experience with Reddit
6. Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Figma
7. Organize and launch co-branded campaigns with other brands
8. Create and post blogs on our website
9. Perform keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve visibility in search results
10. Engage with followers to foster relationships, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation
11. Manage reviews on TikTok and respond to them
12. Monitor industry trends to keep content fresh and innovative within the digital marketing landscape

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in social media management
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms
3. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Canva and/or Figma
4. Ability to create video content
5. Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency
6. Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategy adjustments
7. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics techniques
8. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences
9. Strong relationship management skills to build community engagement and foster partnerships
