We are seeking an innovative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth through effective social media strategies tailored to our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets both B2B and B2C audiences.
  3. Research industry trends to ensure content resonates with our target market, including contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
  4. Content Creation:
  5. Create, curate, and manage engaging and informative content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) to showcase the benefits of our metal roofing products.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight customer success stories, product features, and company milestones.
  7. Develop educational content about metal roofing, including its durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Platform Management:
  9. Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  10. Schedule regular posts and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  11. Community Engagement:
  12. Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to expand reach.
  14. Analytics and Reporting:
  15. Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
  16. Provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth, along with actionable insights for improvement.
  17. Campaign Management:
  18. Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  19. Track ROI on paid promotions and optimize campaigns based on performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or home improvement industries.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  3. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  4. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
