We're looking for a creative, organized, and platform-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. This is more than posting it’s storytelling, audience building, and brand shaping.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Loxala’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Plan and execute a content calendar (posts, stories, reels, carousels, videos)
- Create or coordinate visuals, captions, and hashtags that align with Loxala’s tone
- Collaborate with designers and leadership on product storytelling
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTRs) and optimize accordingly
- Monitor trends and competitor activity bring new ideas to the table
- Engage actively with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build brand trust
- Highlight freelancers, clients, case studies, and product updates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) or direct creative team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Understanding of branding, tone, and audience engagement
- Familiar with tools like Metricool, Buffer, Canva, or Figma
